does the sun pull the moon across the sky desperately tying to drag her nearer but falling over the horizon as she wakes?
or is the moon chasing the sun trying to catch a chance to bask in his warmth but always arriving a moment too late?
both bring light the sun, passion and fire the moon, tenderness and a soft glow if they were to meet would the sun consume her? or would she temper his flames in soft understanding?
we look to the the sky and watch this daily dance unfold convinced that the sun and the moon are opposites contradictions that serve us certain that the sun is content to burn certain that the moon is content to exist in darkness
but the sun in his eternal day and the moon in her eternal night might be pushing and pulling across the sky in an infinite attempt to reach each other always missing by an inch
maybe this is why the sunrise is so beautiful and the sunset colors take our breath away it is the only way the sun and moon can send each other messages of love
